サンプリングルールを作成するには

次の create-sampling-rule の例は、実装されたアプリケーションのサンプリング動作を制御するルールを作成します。ルールは JSON ファイルによって提供されます。ルールを作成するには、サンプリングルールフィールドの大部分が必要です。
