IoTJobAbortCriteria
Contains criteria that define when and how to cancel a job.
The deployment stops if the following conditions are true:

The number of things that receive the deployment exceeds the
minNumberOfExecutedThings. -
The percentage of failures with type
failureTypeexceeds thethresholdPercentage.
