List the metadata tags that are assigned to the specified AWS resource.

The request uses the following URI parameters.

The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the resource for which to list metadata tags.  
Pattern: `arn:[a-z0-9-\.]{1,63}:[a-z0-9-\.]{1,63}:[a-z0-9-\.]{1,63}:[a-z0-9-\.]{1,63}:[a-z0-9-\.]{1,510}/[a-z0-9-\.]{1,510}`   
Required: Yes
