Monitoring Channel

A Channel publishes data-delivery metrics to Amazon CloudWatch under the AWS/Kafka namespace. The metric set depends on the destination type: DeliveryToIceberg.* for S3 Tables and DeliveryToS3.* for S3 buckets.
