DeleteAccessPolicy - Amazon OpenSearch Serverless


Deletes an OpenSearch Serverless access policy. For more information, see Data access control for Amazon OpenSearch Serverless.

The request accepts the following data in JSON format.


Unique, case-sensitive identifier to ensure idempotency of the request.

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 1. Maximum length of 512.

The name of the policy to delete.

Type: String

Length Constraints: Minimum length of 3. Maximum length of 32.

Pattern: ^[a-z][a-z0-9-]+$

Required: Yes


The type of policy.

Valid Values: data

Required: Yes

Response Elements

If the action is successful, the service sends back an HTTP 200 response with an empty HTTP body.
