Synopsis

Calls the AWS CodeCommit BatchGetRepositories API operation.

Description

Returns information about one or more repositories. The description field for a repository accepts all HTML characters and all valid Unicode characters. Applications that do not HTML-encode the description and display it in a webpage can expose users to potentially malicious code. Make sure that you HTML-encode the description field in any application that uses this API to display the repository description on a webpage.

Use the -Select parameter to control the cmdlet output. The default value is '*'. Specifying -Select '*' will result in the cmdlet returning the whole service response (Amazon.CodeCommit.Model.BatchGetRepositoriesResponse). Specifying the name of a property of type Amazon.CodeCommit.Model.BatchGetRepositoriesResponse will result in that property being returned. Specifying -Select '^ParameterName' will result in the cmdlet returning the selected cmdlet parameter value.

This cmdlet returns an Amazon.CodeCommit.Model.BatchGetRepositoriesResponse object containing multiple properties. The object can also be referenced from properties attached to the cmdlet entry in the $AWSHistory stack.
