Description

Starts a batch job and returns the unique identifier of this execution of the batch job. The associated application must be running in order to start the batch job.

Use the -Select parameter to control the cmdlet output. The default value is 'ExecutionId'. Specifying -Select '*' will result in the cmdlet returning the whole service response (Amazon.MainframeModernization.Model.StartBatchJobResponse). Specifying the name of a property of type Amazon.MainframeModernization.Model.StartBatchJobResponse will result in that property being returned. Specifying -Select '^ParameterName' will result in the cmdlet returning the selected cmdlet parameter value.
