Synopsis

Calls the Amazon Appflow UpdateConnectorRegistration API operation.

Description

Updates a custom connector that you've previously registered. This operation updates the connector with one of the following:
  • The latest version of the AWS Lambda function that's assigned to the connector
  • A new AWS Lambda function that you specify

-ClientToken <String>
The clientToken parameter is an idempotency token. It ensures that your UpdateConnectorRegistration request completes only once. You choose the value to pass. For example, if you don't receive a response from your request, you can safely retry the request with the same clientToken parameter value.If you omit a clientToken value, the Amazon Web Services SDK that you are using inserts a value for you. This way, the SDK can safely retry requests multiple times after a network error. You must provide your own value for other use cases.If you specify input parameters that differ from your first request, an error occurs. If you use a different value for clientToken, Amazon AppFlow considers it a new call to UpdateConnectorRegistration. The token is active for 8 hours.

Changes the cmdlet behavior to return the value passed to the ConnectorLabel parameter. The -PassThru parameter is deprecated, use -Select '^ConnectorLabel' instead. This parameter will be removed in a future version.

Use the -Select parameter to control the cmdlet output. The default value is 'ConnectorArn'. Specifying -Select '*' will result in the cmdlet returning the whole service response (Amazon.Appflow.Model.UpdateConnectorRegistrationResponse). Specifying the name of a property of type Amazon.Appflow.Model.UpdateConnectorRegistrationResponse will result in that property being returned. Specifying -Select '^ParameterName' will result in the cmdlet returning the selected cmdlet parameter value.

If the profile is not found then the cmdlet will search in the ini-format credential file at the default location: (user's home directory)\.aws\credentials.If this parameter is specified then this cmdlet will only search the ini-format credential file at the location given.As the current folder can vary in a shell or during script execution it is advised that you use specify a fully qualified path instead of a relative path.
