Description

Creates a deployment for your Amazon Lightsail container service. A deployment specifies the containers that will be launched on the container service and their settings, such as the ports to open, the environment variables to apply, and the launch command to run. It also specifies the container that will serve as the public endpoint of the deployment and its settings, such as the HTTP or HTTPS port to use, and the health check configuration. You can deploy containers to your container service using container images from a public registry such as Amazon ECR Public, or from your local machine. An object that describes the settings of the containers that will be launched on the container service. Starting with version 4 of the SDK this property will default to null. If no data for this property is returned from the service the property will also be null. This was changed to improve performance and allow the SDK and caller to distinguish between a property not set or a property being empty to clear out a value. To retain the previous SDK behavior set the AWSConfigs.InitializeCollections static property to true.

Specifying -Select '*' will result in the cmdlet returning the whole service response (Amazon.Lightsail.Model.CreateContainerServiceDeploymentResponse). Specifying the name of a property of type Amazon.Lightsail.Model.CreateContainerServiceDeploymentResponse will result in that property being returned. Specifying -Select '^ParameterName' will result in the cmdlet returning the selected cmdlet parameter value.

This cmdlet returns an Amazon.Lightsail.Model.ContainerService object. The service call response (type Amazon.Lightsail.Model.CreateContainerServiceDeploymentResponse) can be returned by specifying '-Select *'.
