Description

Creates a new version of Amazon Rekognition project (like a Custom Labels model or a custom adapter) and begins training. Models and adapters are managed as part of a Rekognition project. The response from CreateProjectVersion is an Amazon Resource Name (ARN) for the project version. The FeatureConfig operation argument allows you to configure specific model or adapter settings. You can provide a description to the project version by using the VersionDescription argment. Training can take a while to complete. You can get the current status by calling DescribeProjectVersions. Training completed successfully if the value of the Status field is TRAINING_COMPLETED. Once training has successfully completed, call DescribeProjectVersions to get the training results and evaluate the model. This operation requires permissions to perform the rekognition:CreateProjectVersion action. The following applies only to projects with Amazon Rekognition Custom Labels as the chosen feature: You can train a model in a project that doesn't have associated datasets by specifying manifest files in the TrainingData and TestingData fields. If you open the console after training a model with manifest files, Amazon Rekognition Custom Labels creates the datasets for you using the most recent manifest files. You can no longer train a model version for the project by specifying manifest files. Instead of training with a project without associated datasets, we recommend that you use the manifest files to create training and test datasets for the project.

Parameters

-ClientConfig <AmazonRekognitionConfig>
Amazon.PowerShell.Cmdlets.REK.AmazonRekognitionClientCmdlet.ClientConfig
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-ContentModeration_ConfidenceThreshold <Single>
The confidence level you plan to use to identify if unsafe content is present during inference.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
AliasesFeatureConfig_ContentModeration_ConfidenceThreshold
This parameter overrides confirmation prompts to force the cmdlet to continue its operation. This parameter should always be used with caution.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-KmsKeyId <String>
The identifier for your AWS Key Management Service key (AWS KMS key). You can supply the Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of your KMS key, the ID of your KMS key, an alias for your KMS key, or an alias ARN. The key is used to encrypt training images, test images, and manifest files copied into the service for the project version. Your source images are unaffected. The key is also used to encrypt training results and manifest files written to the output Amazon S3 bucket (OutputConfig). If you choose to use your own KMS key, you need the following permissions on the KMS key.
  • kms:CreateGrant
  • kms:DescribeKey
  • kms:GenerateDataKey
  • kms:Decrypt
If you don't specify a value for KmsKeyId, images copied into the service are encrypted using a key that AWS owns and manages.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-OutputConfig_S3Bucket <String>
The S3 bucket where training output is placed.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-OutputConfig_S3KeyPrefix <String>
The prefix applied to the training output files.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-ProjectArn <String>
The ARN of the Amazon Rekognition project that will manage the project version you want to train.
Required?True
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-Select <String>
Use the -Select parameter to control the cmdlet output. The default value is 'ProjectVersionArn'. Specifying -Select '*' will result in the cmdlet returning the whole service response (Amazon.Rekognition.Model.CreateProjectVersionResponse). Specifying the name of a property of type Amazon.Rekognition.Model.CreateProjectVersionResponse will result in that property being returned. Specifying -Select '^ParameterName' will result in the cmdlet returning the selected cmdlet parameter value.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-Tag <Hashtable>
A set of tags (key-value pairs) that you want to attach to the project version. Starting with version 4 of the SDK this property will default to null. If no data for this property is returned from the service the property will also be null. This was changed to improve performance and allow the SDK and caller to distinguish between a property not set or a property being empty to clear out a value. To retain the previous SDK behavior set the AWSConfigs.InitializeCollections static property to true.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
AliasesTags
-TestingData_Asset <Asset[]>
The assets used for testing.
AliasesTestingData_Assets
-TestingData_AutoCreate <Boolean>
If specified, Rekognition splits training dataset to create a test dataset for the training job.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-TrainingData_Asset <Asset[]>
A manifest file that contains references to the training images and ground-truth annotations.
AliasesTrainingData_Assets
-VersionDescription <String>
A description applied to the project version being created.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-VersionName <String>
A name for the version of the project version. This value must be unique.
Required?True
Position?1
Accept pipeline input?True (ByValue, ByPropertyName)

Common Credential and Region Parameters

-AccessKey <String>
The AWS access key for the user account. This can be a temporary access key if the corresponding session token is supplied to the -SessionToken parameter.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
AliasesAK
-Credential <AWSCredentials>
An AWSCredentials object instance containing access and secret key information, and optionally a token for session-based credentials.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByValue, ByPropertyName)
-EndpointUrl <String>
The endpoint to make the call against.Note: This parameter is primarily for internal AWS use and is not required/should not be specified for normal usage. The cmdlets normally determine which endpoint to call based on the region specified to the -Region parameter or set as default in the shell (via Set-DefaultAWSRegion). Only specify this parameter if you must direct the call to a specific custom endpoint.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByPropertyName)
-NetworkCredential <PSCredential>
Used with SAML-based authentication when ProfileName references a SAML role profile. Contains the network credentials to be supplied during authentication with the configured identity provider's endpoint. This parameter is not required if the user's default network identity can or should be used during authentication.
Required?False
Position?Named
Accept pipeline input?True (ByValue, ByPropertyName)
-ProfileLocation <String>
Used to specify the name and location of the ini-format credential file (shared with the AWS CLI and other AWS SDKs)If this optional parameter is omitted this cmdlet will search the encrypted credential file used by the AWS SDK for .NET and AWS Toolkit for Visual Studio first. If the profile is not found then the cmdlet will search in the ini-format credential file at the default location: (user's home directory)\.aws\credentials.If this parameter is specified then this cmdlet will only search the ini-format credential file at the location given. As the current folder can vary in a shell or during script execution it is advised that you use specify a fully qualified path instead of a relative path.
