Calls the Amazon Pinpoint SendOTPMessage API operation.

Specifying the name of a property of type Amazon.Pinpoint.Model.SendOTPMessageResponse will result in that property being returned. Specifying -Select '^ParameterName' will result in the cmdlet returning the selected cmdlet parameter value.
