# Box integration

Use the Box integration to perform actions on Box content, or to create knowledge bases from Box files and folders for AI-powered search and Q&A.

## Integration capabilities

The Box integration offers two connector types.

**Action connector**  
Access Box AI features, manage files and folders, and organize content in hubs directly in Amazon Quick through natural language.

**Knowledge base**  
Index Box files and folders. Amazon Quick agents can then search and answer questions about the content.
