Amazon Quick Flows landing page

When you access Amazon Quick Flows, you are directed to the landing page. This page serves as your central hub for discovering, accessing, and managing all your flows.

Flow views

The Amazon Quick Flows landing page offers multiple views to help you organize and find your flows efficiently. You can switch between these views using the tabs at the top of the page.

Recently used

The Recently used view displays flows you have recently accessed or modified. This view helps you quickly return to flows you are actively working with, without having to search through all available flows.

Flows in this view are sorted with the most recently accessed flow appearing first. This view automatically updates as you interact with different flows in your environment.

My Flows

The My Flows view shows all flows that you have created or that have been shared with you specifically. This view helps you focus on flows that are most relevant to your work.

You can further organize your flows in this view by using filters or sorting options available in the interface. This makes it easier to manage your personal collection of flows as it grows over time.

All Flows

The All Flows view provides a comprehensive list of all flows available in your organization. This includes flows created by you and those created by others that have been shared with the broader organization.

This view is particularly useful when you need to discover flows created by colleagues that might be relevant to your work. You can use sorting and filtering options to navigate through the complete collection of flows.

Searching for Flows

The Amazon Quick Flows landing page includes a powerful search functionality that allows you to quickly find specific flows. The search bar is prominently displayed at the top of the landing page.

You can search for flows using various criteria including:

  • Flow name

  • Flow description

As you type in the search bar, the results update dynamically to show matching flows. This allows you to quickly narrow down your search and find the exact flow you need.

The search functionality works across all views, allowing you to search within Recently used, My Flows, or All Flows depending on which tab you have selected.

Managing Flows from the landing page

The Amazon Quick Flows landing page provides several options for managing your flows directly from the interface. For each flow displayed on the landing page, you can:

  • Open a flow to use it or edit it

  • Delete a flow you no longer need

These management options are accessible through the context menu for each flow, which you can open by clicking the menu icon next to the flow name.

Creating a new flow
