Overview

This module provides a client for making API requests to AWS Config.

Aws::ConfigService::Client

The Client class provides one-to-one mapping for each API operation.

configservice = Aws::ConfigService::Client.new(region: 'us-east-1')
configservice.operation_names
#=> [:batch_get_aggregate_resource_config, :batch_get_resource_config, :delete_aggregation_authorization, :delete_config_rule, ...]

Each API operation method accepts a hash of request parameters and returns a response object.

resp = configservice.batch_get_aggregate_resource_config(params)

Aws::ConfigService::Errors

Errors returned from AWS Config are defined in the Errors module and extend Errors::ServiceError.

begin
  # do stuff
rescue Aws::ConfigService::Errors::ServiceError
  # rescues all errors returned by AWS Config
end
