Overview

Note:

When passing RoutingProfileQueueConfig as input to an Aws::Client method, you can use a vanilla Hash:

  queue_reference: { # required
    queue_id: "QueueId", # required
    channel: "VOICE", # required, accepts VOICE, CHAT
  },
  priority: 1, # required
  delay: 1, # required
}

Contains information about the queue and channel for which priority and delay can be set.

#delayInteger

The delay, in seconds, a contact should be in the queue before they are routed to an available agent. For more information, see Queues: priority and delay in the Amazon Connect Administrator Guide.
