A feature of the API Gateway control service for updating an existing API with an input of external API definitions. The update can take the form of merging the supplied definition into the existing API or overwriting the existing API.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginPutRestApi and EndPutRestApi.
