Creates or updates tags for the specified Auto Scaling group.
When you specify a tag with a key that already exists, the operation overwrites the previous tag definition, and you do not get an error message.

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCreateOrUpdateTags and EndCreateOrUpdateTags.
