Attaches one or more Classic Load Balancers to the specified Auto Scaling group.

To attach an Application Load Balancer instead, see AttachLoadBalancerTargetGroups.

To describe the load balancers for an Auto Scaling group, use DescribeLoadBalancers. To detach the load balancer from the Auto Scaling group, use DetachLoadBalancers.

For .NET Core and PCL this operation is only available in asynchronous form. Please refer to AttachLoadBalancersAsync.

ResourceContentionException You already have a pending update to an Auto Scaling resource (for example, a group, instance, or load balancer).
ServiceLinkedRoleFailureException The service-linked role is not yet ready for use.


This example attaches the specified load balancer to the specified Auto Scaling group.
