Creates or updates a scheduled scaling action for an Auto Scaling group.

You can view the scheduled actions for an Auto Scaling group using the DescribeScheduledActions API call. If you are no longer using a scheduled action, you can delete it by calling the DeleteScheduledAction API.
If you try to schedule your action in the past, Amazon EC2 Auto Scaling returns an error message.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginPutScheduledUpdateGroupAction and EndPutScheduledUpdateGroupAction.
