Deletes a Service environment. Before you can delete a service environment, you must
first set its state to DISABLED with the UpdateServiceEnvironment API
operation and disassociate it from any job queues with the UpdateJobQueue API
operation.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDeleteServiceEnvironment and EndDeleteServiceEnvironment.
