Describes one or more of your compute environments.
If you're using an unmanaged compute environment, you can use the DescribeComputeEnvironment
operation to determine the ecsClusterArn that you launch your Amazon ECS container
instances into.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDescribeComputeEnvironments and EndDescribeComputeEnvironments.
