A background process deletes expired
Expired AppInstanceUser is automatically deleted.
AppInstanceUsers within 6 hours of expiration.
Actual deletion times may vary.
AppInstanceUsers that have not yet been deleted appear as active, and
you can update their expiration settings. The system honors the new settings.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginPutAppInstanceUserExpirationSettings and EndPutAppInstanceUserExpirationSettings.
