Returns all stack related events for a specified stack in reverse chronological order.

You can list events for stacks that have failed to create or have been deleted by
specifying the unique stack identifier (stack ID).
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDescribeStackEvents and EndDescribeStackEvents.
