Lists the specified metric filters. You can list all of the metric filters or filter the results by log name, prefix, metric name, or metric namespace. The results are ASCII-sorted by filter name.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDescribeMetricFilters and EndDescribeMetricFilters.
