Deletes a repository. If a specified repository was already deleted, a null repository
ID is returned.
Deleting a repository also deletes all associated objects and metadata. After a repository
is deleted, all future push calls to the deleted repository fail.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDeleteRepository and EndDeleteRepository.
