Returns details about the specified delivery channel. If a delivery channel is not
specified, this action returns the details of all delivery channels associated with
the account.
Currently, you can specify only one delivery channel per region in your account.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDescribeDeliveryChannels and EndDescribeDeliveryChannels.
