Starts recording configurations of the Amazon Web Services resources you have selected to record in your Amazon Web Services account.
You must have created at least one delivery channel to successfully start the configuration recorder.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginStartConfigurationRecorder and EndStartConfigurationRecorder.
