Returns the details for the specified configuration recorders. If the configuration
recorder is not specified, this action returns the details for all configuration recorders
associated with the account.
You can specify only one configuration recorder for each Amazon Web Services Region
for each account.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDescribeConfigurationRecorders and EndDescribeConfigurationRecorders.
