Modifies the replication instance to apply new settings. You can change one or more parameters by specifying these parameters and the new values in the request.
Some settings are applied during the maintenance window.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginModifyReplicationInstance and EndModifyReplicationInstance.
