Immediately purchases offerings for an AWS account. Offerings renew with the latest
total purchased quantity for an offering, unless the renewal was overridden. The API
returns a NotEligible
error if the user is not permitted to invoke the operation.

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginPurchaseOffering and EndPurchaseOffering.
