Explicitly sets the quantity of devices to renew for an offering, starting from the
effectiveDate
of the next period. The API returns a NotEligible
error
if the user is not permitted to invoke the operation. If you must be able to invoke

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginRenewOffering and EndRenewOffering.
