Confirms the creation of the specified hosted connection on an interconnect.
Upon creation, the hosted connection is initially in the Ordering
state, and
remains in this state until the owner confirms creation of the hosted connection.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginConfirmConnection and EndConfirmConnection.
