Accepts ownership of a public virtual interface created by another Amazon Web Services account.
After the virtual interface owner makes this call, the specified virtual interface is created and made available to handle traffic.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginConfirmPublicVirtualInterface and EndConfirmPublicVirtualInterface.
