Obtains information about which Amazon SNS topics receive status messages from the specified directory.
If no input parameters are provided, such as DirectoryId or TopicName, this request describes all of the associations in the account.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDescribeEventTopics and EndDescribeEventTopics.
