Deletes the specified configuration template.
When you launch an environment using a configuration template, the environment gets
a copy of the template. You can delete or modify the environment's copy of the template
without affecting the running environment.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDeleteConfigurationTemplate and EndDeleteConfigurationTemplate.
