Creates a VPC endpoint for a specified service. An endpoint enables you to create a private connection between your VPC and the service. The service may be provided by Amazon Web Services, an Amazon Web Services Marketplace Partner, or another Amazon Web Services account. This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCreateVpcEndpoint and EndCreateVpcEndpoint.
