Modifies the specified Traffic Mirror rule.

DestinationCidrBlock and SourceCidrBlock must both be an IPv4 range or an IPv6 range.

For .NET Core this operation is only available in asynchronous form. Please refer to ModifyTrafficMirrorFilterRuleAsync.
