IAmazonEC2.AssociateIamInstanceProfile Method (AssociateIamInstanceProfileRequest)

Associates an IAM instance profile with a running or stopped instance. You cannot associate more than one IAM instance profile with an instance.

For .NET Core this operation is only available in asynchronous form. Please refer to AssociateIamInstanceProfileAsync.

request: Type: Amazon.EC2.Model.AssociateIamInstanceProfileRequest

Container for the necessary parameters to execute the AssociateIamInstanceProfile service method.

The response from the AssociateIamInstanceProfile service method, as returned by EC2.
