Deletes a repository. If the repository isn't empty, you must either delete the contents
of the repository or use the force
option to delete the repository and have
Amazon ECR delete all of its contents on your behalf.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDeleteRepository and EndDeleteRepository.
