When you change pipeline settings, your changes take effect immediately. Jobs that
you have already submitted and that Elastic Transcoder has not started to process
are affected in addition to jobs that you submit after you change settings.
UpdatePipeline
operation to update settings for a pipeline.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginUpdatePipeline and EndUpdatePipeline.
