Updates the throughput mode or the amount of provisioned throughput of an existing file system.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginUpdateFileSystem and EndUpdateFileSystem.

TooManyRequestsException | Returned if you don’t wait at least 24 hours before either changing the throughput mode, or decreasing the Provisioned Throughput value. |
