Sets the priorities of the specified rules.
You can reorder the rules as long as there are no priority conflicts in the new order. Any existing rules that you do not specify retain their current priority.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginSetRulePriorities and EndSetRulePriorities.
