Adds the specified SSL server certificate to the certificate list for the specified HTTPS or TLS listener.
If the certificate in already in the certificate list, the call is successful but the certificate is not added again.

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginAddListenerCertificates and EndAddListenerCertificates.
