Modifies the specified attributes of the specified Application Load Balancer, Network Load Balancer, or Gateway Load Balancer.
If any of the specified attributes can't be modified as requested, the call fails. Any existing attributes that you do not modify retain their current values.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginModifyLoadBalancerAttributes and EndModifyLoadBalancerAttributes.
