This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginGetNotificationChannel and EndGetNotificationChannel.

Parameters

request
Type: Amazon.FMS.Model.GetNotificationChannelRequest

Container for the necessary parameters to execute the GetNotificationChannel service method.

cancellationToken
Type: System.Threading.CancellationToken

A cancellation token that can be used by other objects or threads to receive notice of cancellation.

Return Value


The response from the GetNotificationChannel service method, as returned by FMS.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
InternalErrorException The operation failed because of a system problem, even though the request was valid. Retry your request.
InvalidOperationException The operation failed because there was nothing to do or the operation wasn't possible. For example, you might have submitted an AssociateAdminAccount request for an account ID that was already set as the Firewall Manager administrator. Or you might have tried to access a Region that's disabled by default, and that you need to enable for the Firewall Manager administrator account and for Organizations before you can access it.
ResourceNotFoundException The specified resource was not found.
