Creates a resource definition which contains a list of resources to be used in a group. You can create an initial version of the definition by providing a list of resources now, or use ''CreateResourceDefinitionVersion'' later.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCreateResourceDefinition and EndCreateResourceDefinition.
