Copies a snapshot of a DB cluster.
To copy a DB cluster snapshot from a shared manual DB cluster snapshot, SourceDBClusterSnapshotIdentifier
must be the Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the shared DB cluster snapshot.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCopyDBClusterSnapshot and EndCopyDBClusterSnapshot.
