Renames the specified organizational unit (OU). The ID and ARN don't change. The child OUs and accounts remain in place, and any attached policies of the OU remain attached.
This operation can be called only from the organization's management account.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginUpdateOrganizationalUnit and EndUpdateOrganizationalUnit.
