Copies the specified DB cluster parameter group.
You can't copy a default DB cluster parameter group. Instead, create a new custom
DB cluster parameter group, which copies the default parameters and values for the
specified DB cluster parameter group family.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginCopyDBClusterParameterGroup and EndCopyDBClusterParameterGroup.
