Disables the HTTP endpoint for the specified DB cluster. Disabling this endpoint disables RDS Data API.

This operation applies only to Aurora Serverless v2 and provisioned DB clusters. To
disable the HTTP endpoint for Aurora Serverless v1 DB clusters, use the EnableHttpEndpoint
parameter of the ModifyDBCluster
operation.
This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDisableHttpEndpoint and EndDisableHttpEndpoint.
