Disables the HTTP endpoint for the specified DB cluster. Disabling this endpoint disables RDS Data API.

This operation applies only to Aurora Serverless v2 and provisioned DB clusters. To disable the HTTP endpoint for Aurora Serverless v1 DB clusters, use the EnableHttpEndpoint parameter of the ModifyDBCluster operation.

Note:

This is an asynchronous operation using the standard naming convention for .NET 4.5 or higher. For .NET 3.5 the operation is implemented as a pair of methods using the standard naming convention of BeginDisableHttpEndpoint and EndDisableHttpEndpoint.

Parameters

request
Type: Amazon.RDS.Model.DisableHttpEndpointRequest

Container for the necessary parameters to execute the DisableHttpEndpoint service method.

cancellationToken
Type: System.Threading.CancellationToken

A cancellation token that can be used by other objects or threads to receive notice of cancellation.

Return Value


The response from the DisableHttpEndpoint service method, as returned by RDS.

Exceptions

ExceptionCondition
InvalidResourceStateException The operation can't be performed because another operation is in progress.
ResourceNotFoundException The specified resource ID was not found.
